I have this same issues myself. I know what to do but I have a fear that even if I eat small meals throughout the day I will gain weight. Breakfast is the most important part of the day! It should be where you consume more of your Carbs...whole grains and high protein. A small snack before lunch, like an apple or a handfull of nuts etc. Then a sensible healthy lunch,,,snack before dinner and again a sensible healthy lunch. Lots of water throughout the day and you should see a difference. Now you may gain like a pound but unless you are weighing yourself everyday you shouldn't notice it. Also keep in mind, 1 liter of water retained in your body = 2.2 pounds seen on the scale...just a little tidbit fact!

ok i know im asking in the wrong section but i will get more aswers here, ok so yesterday around 5.26 am to be exact, my dog(a 7 pound chihuahua) started barking like crazy so i got up of bed and told him to shut up because i had a 2 year old toddler and my husband sleeping, my husband works nights and he gets home around 4.30 am. ok so the dog kept on barking until my husband got up and turned the light on from the living room, he looked outside thru the window and didnt saw nothing other then people getting ready to go to work.. ok so we tought the dog was barking at a cat or something and we went back to sleep, my dog kept on making noises and he was being weird the whole time, i even told my husband that maybe he was predicting and eathquake or something.. but when we woke up and when to the porch we saw the window half open, we knew that my dog scared somebody that was trying to break into my apartment and now that im by myself with my 2 year old son im so scared! my husband gets home around 4.30 so im so nerveous! i have a hammer in hand a broom to know to my neighbor upstairs and my phone full charge.. what should i do if they try to break in again? im afraid they know im home alone with my son, im 22 year old and im very petite 5 feet tallk and 110 pounds.. please help me, any advice will be appiciated.

Drew Brees is a good QB, he is elite, and I guarentee that he will throw fewer INTs than last year. McCoy is good, he's not the best, but he is a very good RB. Hillis is a little overrated in my opinion. He is a little overrated because he is a good white RB, just saying it how it is, but he's still alright. Colston is a pretty good WR. I like Miles Austin this year, but Maclin, I'm not sure. I don't think he is as good as some people think. I like Owen Daniels, he's a solid TE for you. Patriots defense is good. I like Collie on the bench. He is a good bench player and can be good if you need him. Also, I think that Bess is under rated, and a pretty good choice, especially because Miami will be getting a new QB. Possibly Orton. I really like Thomas Jones, and Stafford is a very good QB. Why does my 1996 Saab 6 cyl engine (no turbo) suddenly stop?

On normal start, turning the key, the dash lights come up like a Christmas tree. While driving, the engine stops. Turning the key produces vigorous cranking but no fire. Dash lights are also not on except "faded out" oil light/battery light. After waiting ten minutes or so, it will restart normally.

How to correct dogs who only misbehave at night?

I have 2 Labrador Retrievers that are just over 2 years old. During the day, they don't really cause any trouble at all. However in quite a few mornings it's quite obvious that during the late night when everyone was asleep, they got into some mischief. For example, they may have chewed up a water hose or torn branches off of plants, or destroyed a cushion. The worst part about it is that they know it's wrong already because whenever I go out in morning, if I go anywhere near something that they destroyed, they lower their heads and slowly walk to me and try to shake their paw, or they'll just slowly creep away, before I even say a single word. So it's very obvious that they know they're doing wrong and they intentionally wait until we're all asleep to do wrong. I'm not sure how to correct this behavior if I can never catch them in the act. I'm now 15 weeks pregnant, my fiance left when was 12 weeks pregnant for work in mexico city. This may sound like a weird question, and I do try to scan my essays before handing something in. However, I feel really silly having to '__' '__' and '___' all the time because some words/concepts are too common in the english dictionary or they have been written verbatim thousands of times by other studies citing other studies etc. It's just cramping my style having to list over 30-40 references for a 1500 word essay and having so many '___' '__' just looks weird and unnatural. ROLLER COASTER QUESTION!!!!!!!!?

Ok ive loved roller coasters all my life. Ive been a coaster addict ive always known every roller coasters name i make my own blogs about it. Well there has been one thing that i dont get about a roller coaster. You know when you go on those straight down drops and you get that feeling in your stomach. Well see i went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and i rode Loch Ness Monster. Now the drop is only about 140 feet and my stomach dropped big time. But then i went to Hard Rock park and went on a coaster that was 160 ft tall and was straight down and i did not feel any "drop" in my stomach. Ive always wondered why my stomach drops on some smaller rides but it doesnt drop on any bigger rides. Can anyone please tell me why. Please explain it and i will vote for best answer

I don't know that I feel sorry for them. I do care about them and I can certainly empathize with them. I have a house and several acres of land and a great job, but there were times when the bills didn't all get paid because of unemployment, illnesses, etc. Being poor is based on a number given to the relationship of your income to your expenditures...a lot of people are poor (such as the farmer in your story), but they have hope and a means to exist. The ones I feel sorry for are the ones in extreme poverty that have no means by which to maintain an existence. Different perceptions also come into play here...I was raised on a farm and I've lived in the city, but I'd still rather live poor on the farm than rich in the city. It's just, simply, a different (better) way of life!

I have been searching the net for tutorials, examples, etc to no avail. I have to create a welding animation in flash, and all I have left is to figure out how to create sparks in flash. Whats going on with this guy?

How do i use a mud trowel for drywall?

use a larger trowel to put mud on, mix mud on larger trowel until becomes creamy, then a smaller trowel to paste mud onto the drywall seams, i find that using a four inch wide trowel for spreading the mud is much easier for me. Smooth mud form top of dry wall down the seam in a very thin coat. let dry then sand lightly over mudded areas, you can tell wear to sand by running your hand over the mudded seams, smooth any ruff areas and edges, or they will show through paint.

What can be done about a cl that I am failing?

I was told several weeks ago that I am failing one of my cles, I am supposed to graduate from college in May, but if I fail this cl I cannot graduate. Strange lights in night sky November 2010?

The night of November 14th I was driving down I-395 in Alexandria, Va and saw a bright green light zoom across the sky. It was too fast to be an airplane and it completely disappeared in the sky like a comet or a meteor. That's what I saw. I have no clue what it could've been because I've never seen anything like it. It almost almost reminded me of fireworks but it traveled a great distance and there was no explosion or sound. Is this the same thing you were talking about? Also my object didn't have a red light.

On a personal and political level, I'm for Barack Obama as our Head of State. There are things that I dislike about him and his polices and views, but as with many other Presidents the feeling is mutual. OK My LMP was April 1rst. My cycle usually runs 30-35 days. By May 6th I had not started so my Dr. did a blood test and it was negative( not sure if they did qualitive or quantitive). They gave me the go ahead to start my BCP. I took one pill on the 8th. I then stopped it because we decided to keep trying. (Got off BCP in Oct. of 06..been trying since) Then on May 22nd I started a light spotting. Not enough for a tampon to be full and it was dark brown and light pink(sorry TMI), but not red. It lasted 2 days off and on. I was kinda thinking it may be implatation bleeding, but wasn't sure. So I tested the other day and negative. Do you think I tested too early and I may still be? Or did that 1 pill(Yasmin 28) throw me off and that spotting was my real period. Any thoughts?

How do I fit my washing machine in the cellar?

I was in the car with my mother and we were very close to the highway and there were traffic lights right before you reach the highway. Anyway, before mother could reach the traffic lights she came to an immediate halt, this old man literally hopped out of nowhere and was practically jay walking. But he was too busy looking at another direction before nearly getting hit by a Nissan Skyline. It was rather horrific, in fact it could be compared to the action movies with the real sound effects and all, I looked to my left the man's shoe came flying off and the next thing he was down. But 5 seconds afterwords he was up and again and all smiling. The guy in the Nissan asked if he was okay, and before anything else happened my mother drove off. Initially my heart was racing because I thought the man was dead, I heard a thump and he was down! I'm pretty sure the sign said 60km/h. I was wondering, if the guy in the Nissan had well, basically compressed and trampled over the man, whose fault would it be? The driver or the man (who was jaywalking in the middle of a very busy road)? Perhaps I've answered my own question, but I'm still wondering. I've read somewhere that the driver for the majority of the time is always held responsible?
