Did I miss Congressional authorization for troops to stay in Iraq for 3 years AFTER the UN mandate referenced ?

I think congress voted to go to war which gives the president the authority to enter into treaties to help end it. The UN is a joke anyway. All they do is talk and get nothing accomplished. My opinion only.
