Are there any overseas USAF bases that can support a dependant in need of speciality medical care?

My husband received orders for us to PCS to the UK which was a dream come true for us. Unfortunately I just found out due to my medical condition (Rheumatoid Arthritis) we will most likely be denied medical clearance. We have always desired to experience life outside of the US and at this point would be willing to PCS to any overseas base. Are there any bases that could support a speciality medical condition, or should we just give up all hope and move on to other endeavors?
