Girls....a little help in asking a girl out...already a friend?

Just ask her out. DO you guys talk on the phone often? Or email? Ask her to go out to dinner with you. Or if you drink ask her to go out for a drink and then you can eat after that. All you can do is ask and maybe be a little romantic about it.I am thinking since she called you out of the blue..you are on her mind too.
