Why Arabic text emails appear distrorted and illegible?

Thanks a lot for your quick answer and your cooperation, but, in fact I have been dealing with Yahoo mail since 2000, but the problem is recent. I wonder why and you have just answered me that Yahoo does not support Arabic texts. Do you mean that Yahoo stopped the support recently, and may I know why? Thanks in advance
