How to Leave Egypt without military exeption?

I entered Egypt without a visa because I have an egyptian ID card. The problem is leaving the country, I have a american pport to leave but I dont have a military exemption to go out of the country. Is there a way to get out of egypt without proof of visa and also without military exemption ( i dont need military anyway since im a dual citizen) what should I tell authorities if they ask.
