Did Bill Clinton go on 'meet the press' and give 0bama advice on how to handle the war in Afghanistan?

What gall! he could not handle a marriage vow,and most likely could have done something that would have prevented 911 and beefed up our intelligence undetected and unnoticed by the PC thumb suckers.
